A division of Rutland Mental Health Services and the Community Care Network
 
Child and Family Services provide community and home-based mental health services to children and families in the greater Rutland region. We create and administer programs that strengthen and preserve vulnerable families, through prevention, intervention, education and advocacy. We offer an empowering and rewarding work environment allowing staff to enhance their own lives while making a difference in the lives of those we serve.
 
Therapeutic Case Manager-Outpatient
Provide mental health case management to children ages 7-18 in the home and community. Seeking individual with strong background in social work, psychology, and/or human services. Candidate should be well organized and team players. Position may also include some group work in community and school settings. Full time. Bachelor’s degree.
 
Family Focus Crisis Clinician
Community based crisis clinician with ability to assess social, emotional and mental health needs of children and families. Must be able to provide immediate and short-term services in coordination with team members and other service providers. Full time. Master’s degree and experience preferred.
 
Clinician/Case Manager, Early Childhood Team
Provide clinical services, case management and community based supports to young children (birth to six) and their families, partially within Rutland County Head Start. Provide consultation for early childhood settings. Demonstrated skills working successfully with challenging behaviors in young children needed; also experience working to support families using relational model. Highly organized and detail oriented, strong collaborative and team skills are essential. Full-time year round position. Excellent writing skills and computer proficiency are a necessity. Involves transportation of clients in personal vehicle. M.A. or B.A. with two years experience required.
