HIPAA is changing – Are you ready? Licensing Application Alert If you are working toward a license as a clinical social worker in Vermont and you take and pass the exam early (i.e., at least one year ahead of when you will submit your application with all requirements fulfilled), you would be wise to alert the Office of Professional Regulation that you have done so even though the application states this is not necessary. The reason is that ASWB, the organization that provides the examinations and results, does not keep a full history available on their website of exam results. OPR checks that website (it is updated bi-weekly) to verify your exam results.
